Lease and Parking information
1. Lease will be 150 years.
2. Ground rent 250 per annum
3. There are 48 car spaces for 2 bedroom apartments.
4. Free parking for the above for 1 year. |
5. Rent for car parking is 1,500 per annum.
6. Rent will be reviewed every 5 years on the basis of 3 percent per annum compounded or open market value which ever is higher.
7. No individual purchaser to purchase 3 or more units unless specifically approved. |
